Environment Minister fails residents on secret Wattelup asbestos dump

WA Labor's Fran Logan speaks about residents neighbouring a Wattleup construction waste site who have discovered the huge amount of dust that has been covering their houses for years actually contains asbestos.

Earlier in Parliament, Mr Logan called on Environment Minister Bill Marmion to explain why the Department of Environment and Conservation failed to ensure the demolition company disposed of asbestos correctly.
